Refund policy

At Kiddy Nook we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. In addition to your Consumer Guarantees, should you change your mind for any reason we will happily refund or exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met: 
  • The items are returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items purchased between November 15 and December 27 have up to 60 days to be returned
  • Items must be in original condition as purchased with no personalisation
  • All original labels/tags are attached
  • Garments must not have been worn or used
  • Items must be in its original packaging
  • Require receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges are permitted on variants of a similar in stock style subject to Kiddy Nooks discretion. Any amount refunded will be the effective price paid when purchasing the item excluding delivery. Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards therefore you will not receive a refund on these items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to pay for the return. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process  the refund.
